Oh my! Thank you so so so much for sharing the hummus recipe. My husband and I had a friend in out old town that was from Syria and we LOVED his cooking. We had tried for many years to duplicate his food but could never do it. You have made us one step closer. :) By chance to you have a recipe for fatteh?

I tried the baked calves liver yesterday. It tastes much better than the fried liver and I’m sure it is better for us health wise.

do you have to put any liquid in whenyou bake the liver or just put it in raw?
